Despite the proximity of the two emirates, Ajman is located a little further from the main airports of the UAE and from Dubai, where almost every tourist dreams of visiting at least once. Infrastructure

For those who love excursions and come for this, it is worth looking at hotels in Sharjah. Otherwise, you will have to spend more time on trips. On the territory of this emirate, the choice of travel companies is much wider, although in Ajman you can also find where to buy an excursion.
Among other things, Sharjah is rich in interesting sights – from museums, amusement parks to singing fountains, Ferris wheels and an aquarium. And the shopping center, there are significantly more markets here in comparison with Ajman. Another advantage of Sharjah is a greater number of excursions with a Russian–speaking guide.
Alcohol
You will not be able to buy alcohol in Sharjah. It is completely prohibited on this territory, and it is also impossible to use it in cafes and restaurants.
There is no ban in Ajman, so you can drink alcoholic beverages even on the beaches of hotels (the exception is public beach areas). There is even an alcohol market where you can buy alcohol at low prices.
