Stage 2 1-2 months

Rent of premises and Ejari, registration of the company, obtaining a license in DET, obtaining Residence permit and EID for the founders

Required documents:
  • Completed application forms issued by the DET Department
  • A copy of the certificate of ownership or the contract of sale and the certificate of completion of payment (PCC)
  • Emirates ID of the property owner
  • A copy of the trade license, if the owner of the property is a company
  • Emirates ID of the authorized person
  • Written confirmation of property management according to the sample provided for download
  • The latest bill from the Dubai Department of Electricity and Water Supply (DEWA)
  • Tenancy contract for an individual tenant

Stage 4 1 month

Hiring staff, recommending contractors, launching marketing activities

  • Connecting to DEWA and EMPOWER services
